If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, stretchalicious.com has a 21 day return policy for all NON-SALE items. These items must be in original condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form. The Return Authorization Form must be filled out completely including the Return Authorization number. This number can be acquired by contacting us at customerservice@stretchalicious.com . All returns must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you by mail and the postage will be charged to your original form of payment. Free shipping does not apply to return shipments. Exchanges At Stretchalicious.com we do everything in our power to get your clothing to you as quick as possible. We understand how excited you are to receive your new outfit. Most of the items you see on our online boutique are in stock for immediate shipping. Call for availability. Important: Please examine all clothing before removing tags, wearing, and or washing. Examine the seams, stitching fabric, fit before wearing. Once the garment has been worn, washed it CANNOT be returned. When returning items please make sure the tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, makeup, deodorant, and hair, such clothingw will not be accepted. Refunds Mailing Instructions Please write your RA# on the outside of your package, include the completed return/exchange form along with the items to be returned (in original condition w/tags attached), send via insured mail to: Stretchalicious Shipping & Handling Domestic Orders International Orders Please email customerservice@stretchalicious.com if you would like to place an international order. Order Processing Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders (Monday-Friday before 3pm EST. All orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit authorization. All orders placed after 3pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Out Of Stock Items We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock. In event that you have ordered something that is out of stock you will be notified immediately. Stretchalicious.com reserves the right to ship partial orders. If you order several items, we will ship them immediately if we have them in stock and ship all outstanding items as we receive them from our vendors. Sales Tax U.S. Domestic Orders International Orders Customs If a customer refuses to pay any of the above fees that have been issued by the receiving country, the package will be returned to stretchalicious.com. Any shipping charges that have been accrued because of the return will be charged on your original form of payment.

If a customers credit card is denied by lack of credit from the issuing company. The customer will be contacted for an alternate form of payment.
